Fitting Expert: Knowledgeable about ferrous and non ferrous castings and processes. Should understand technical drawings and set tolerances. Define standards of fittings and finish. Modify and suggest changes as per requirements and practical feasibility. Relevant experience necessary.
Quality Checkers: ITI trained/ diploma holders in technical field, or on job trained people. Must measure tolerances, general cracks and tamper on forged pieces, finished products, cast pieces for defects etc.
Forge Manager/ Heat Treatment : with experience in forge shop. Must be completely aware of manual heat tampering and annealing processes. Should be able to design and implement complete heat treatment plan for our plant.
Leather Production Manager (Kanpur): with experience is leather products production and scheduling. Needs to work independently as sole manager for procurement, production and control. Will be responsible to provide timely production and results as per desired quality. Position exclusively available for location at Kanpur.
Short Term Trainees: Required for a period of 2-3 months on stipend basis. Students of engineering/ management preferred. Will be required to do floor level observations and record data and goods movement. Will work closely with Lean management team.
